M Chassis Project update...
As M Chassis spec racing is really popular around my area I've decided to design and make a M chassis scale variant of an MVK. Designs are coming along really well for the 'M' Chassis... and something cool might be announced soon.
Battery holders are in the design process currently and I'll get some renders of them up soon.
Stay tuned for updates.

Custom XT
Almost finished...
This XT has been built from the ground up out of parts, it's not an RTR base.
I found a brand new chassis for only £4.99 and that started off the project. I already had several of the needed parts so I spent a few months looking and waiting for bargains on Ebay etc. The end result is a fantastic Maverick XT with upgraded alloy shock towers and front Hubs with full ballraced drive train.
I used a set of Absima Shocks which I re-built and tuned using 40 wt shock oil and slightly softer springs. I love how the suspension feels, it maybe a little soft so I will fit some pre-load clips on all corners.
I have a HPI Sc-3swp2 Waterproof ESC ready to fit and will finish the car off with a HPI High torque servo.
Hopefully I'll get the chance to drive it next year at Stonehaven, they don't have a truggy class but at least I can take her for a spin.
The next project may be a XB with Carbon Fiber Shock Towers and chassis brace. I might even try and get a carbon chassis and look to building an Ultra high performance MVK to run along side my current XB.

New from HPI!
From HPI comes the new Q32 Truggy... It's not Maverick but it's from the parent company and it's very cool so I will mention it here...

Q32 Truggy
2016 spec Strada chassis
Are now all available at your local model shop or online supplier!
They have been out now for about a month so I'm sorry for the delay in reporting this. The new chassis have all updated alloy and body decals as shown in a previous post.
They look amazing and I can't wait to add at least one of the new spec cars to my collection.. probably the XT...
